Contracts Co-ordinator
Hours: Full-time 37 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £29,000 per annum
We’re a housing provider in Macclesfield with over 5000 properties across East Cheshire and the surrounding areas. We’re ambitious with plans to build more homes, regenerate local areas and invest in our properties.
We are seeking a Co-ordinator with the ability to act as a central link between contract managers, internal teams, and external partners to support the delivery of responsive repairs, voids, and planned investment contracts. You will ensure high standards of quality and service by maintaining accurate records, producing performance reports, supporting complaint investigations, and undertaking routine inspections. Acting as a key point of contact, this role ensures customers and contractors stay fully informed, while guaranteeing that cost, safety, or contractual concerns are quickly escalated.
The role is agile, offering a mix of office and home working. The role involves traveling to customer properties, active construction sites, and contractor work areas as and when needed.
We can offer you:
To be successful, you will be an organised professional, ideally with a background in social housing, local authority, contractor, or property maintenance. You will also have the ability to balance administrative tasks with practical quality control.
Working effectively in a fast-paced environment, you will manage multiple priorities, interpret performance or financial data, and use your IT skills (including Excel and housing systems) to keep contracts on track. You are comfortable working independently to resolve problems, using your clear and collaborative communication skills to build productive stakeholder relationships while confidently holding contractors accountable to service standards. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required.
Our Values are at the core of everything we do, so we are looking for someone whose values agree with ours and will embed these too.
Closing date: Tuesday 10th November 2026. We will review applications as they come in and may close this role early if we find the right candidate.
